1. Shipping & Dispatch

Due to high order volumes, orders may take 4–5 business days to dispatch.

Once dispatched, your tracking details will be automatically shared with you via WhatsApp.

Please note that tracking information may not update continuously, and we are unable to provide minute-to-minute tracking updates.

  1. Delivery Timeline

Orders generally arrive within 4–7 business days after dispatch.

For remote locations, monsoon conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take approximately 7–10 business days.

If you have not received your parcel within 15 days, please contact us on WhatsApp with your order details.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and destination.

  1. Pre-Booking Articles

For pre-booking/pre-order articles, the overall delivery time may be approximately 15–25 days.

By placing a pre-booking order, you acknowledge and accept this additional processing time.

  1. Returned / Undelivered Parcels

If your parcel is returned to us because you:

  • Do not answer the courier’s calls,
  • Refuse or do not accept the parcel,
  • Are unavailable for delivery,
  • Provide an incorrect/incomplete address, or
  • Do not cooperate with delivery attempts,

the parcel may be returned to us.

If a refund is applicable, shipping charges for both directions (Draupadi Fashion → customer and customer → Draupadi Fashion) will be deducted from the refundable amount.

The remaining eligible refund will be processed after the returned parcel is received and verified.
